Harbour Drive, Trinity Park

This project included front and rear landscaping to a brand new property that needed the finishing touches with landscaping to complete this beautiful design complimented by the canal outlook. This included a feature concrete block wall to the front of the property with custom aluminium gate with keypad entry and custom glass with number sign, with feature lighting to highlight the design features. Front and side block walls were built and included custom-made aluminium gates to access both sides, one with pedestrian and the other with double date access. The entry path to the front door included natural stone paving with black pebble surround with composite edging and matching garden beds to the front yard. A double driveway was installed using Boral Night Sky exposed aggregate concrete and included an large area to the right of the property for storage. The rear yard included extensive concrete pads for the pool surround and continuing with steps down to the canal area covered with for porcelain tiles. The rendered besser block walls to the rear, with a raised feature garden beds and then a retaining wall to the rear that included a sunken feature firepit to create a seating area next to the canal. The rear area also included a natural stone paving area to the end of the garden, that had a concealed storage area underneath with access by the canal for fishing equipment. All remaining areas were finished off with Zoyzia ZT11 laid to the front, rear and nature strip. A fully automated irrigation was installed to all lawn and garden beds. All garden beds were planted with tropical planting including Gingers, Helaconias, Cordylines and Lipstick Palms in either a mulch or crushed rock base.
