All Style Landscaping Solutions was formed in Cairns in 2010 after previously owning a business in the UK. We are a family business run in a partnership with husband Mark Nevin and wife Janine Nevin. Mark is the face of the business and is onsite every day of a project. Janine works behind the scenes on scheduling, procurement, contracting and invoicing. We have three wonderful children and with the business being our only source of income, we provide a service like our life depends on it!
Cairns is our forever home. Raising our family here means every project we complete is a project in our own community — and that personal connection drives everything we do. When you work with All Style, you are working with people who genuinely care about the outcome.

Mark Nevin is licensed with the QBCC for Structural Landscaping and Builder Low Rise (License No. 1207965). Mark has been delivering structural landscaping services for over 30 years and is backed by an experienced team. This ensures the level of expertise is provided to complete each project to the very highest standard and, most importantly, Mark takes such pride in his work to ensure that the customer is happy, which is the ultimate goal with any project.
The person you meet at the quotation is the same experienced professional managing your project every day. Mark prepares the quote, Mark supervises the work, and Mark remains your point of contact from start to finish.

Why Our Builder — Low Rise Licence Sets Us Apart from Most Cairns Landscapers.
A QBCC Structural Landscaping license covers many landscaping works, but it does not authorise concrete driveways, engineered retaining walls or structural concrete. A Builder — Low Rise license provides significantly broader authority. Mark Nevin holds both — making All Style one of the few Cairns businesses licensed to legally deliver the complete range of structural landscaping and residential construction work under a single contract.
