A simple phone call or email is all that is required to arrange a convenient appointment time for an on-the-spot quotation to be completed. We can show you examples of our work in an extensive portfolio of similar projects completed and talk in detail on the steps that would be completed to make your ideas into a reality. Most importantly is we listen to you!

Contract It
Contract It
When you are ready to proceed, we provide a detailed contract for all projects over the value of $3,300 inc GST outlining all the project inclusions in-line with our QBCC commitments. The contract will also clearly outline any terms & conditions, payment terms and warranty inclusions. The most important thing is you are clear on what and how we will deliver.

Plan It
Plan It
Once contracted, a confirmation of contract and deposit received is completed. An estimated start date is provided, any samples provided and product colours / selections will be chosen by the client. Any engineering design and building certification put in place. A follow-up meeting is arranged if the client has any further questions or to make any final variations.

Build It
Build It
The start date will begin with a client review on the project scope and any area to be set-out with spray if required. The project is then completed in a timely manner from creation to completion, with only one job completed at a time (unless await custom material construction) and the final invoice only completed when the client is 100% happy.

Support It
Support It
The project will be supported with a handover instructions for the best care of the new product and backed by a six-year guarantee for structural landscaping work completed (terms and conditions apply). We are then available at anytime, no matter how small the question to support you in the future.
QBCC Compliance & Home Warranty Protection
Your Project Is Protected by Queensland Law
For all structural landscaping projects over $3,300 inc GST, we provide a detailed QBCC-compliant contract clearly outlining all project inclusions, payment terms, warranty provisions and terms and conditions. This is a legal requirement and a commitment we take seriously — your contract is your peace of mind.
Mark Nevin is fully QBCC licensed for Structural Landscaping and Builder Low Rise — Supervisor (Licence No. 1207965). The QBCC Home Warranty Scheme provides protection for home owners against non-completion, defective work and subsidence for up to 6 years from completion, provided a licensed contractor performs the work.
This means you are not just relying on our word — you have legislative protection behind your investment. One of the few Cairns landscaping businesses carrying a Builder — Low Rise licence, we are authorised to complete projects many landscapers simply cannot.
